Accessibility Statement

This access statement does not contain personal opinions as to our suitability for those with access needs but aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that we offer all our guests/visitors.

We welcome all guests at our property, including guests with an impairment which could include mobility, sight, hearing and learning disabilities, however, due to the nature and age of the building we regrettably may not be able to cater to all individual’s specific needs.

We highly recommend that where you have specific access requirements you discuss these with us before completing your reservation. Please direct any accessibility questions to enquiries@regencyhouse.co.uk.

Access to Regency House is only available via the front entrance leading directly onto Upper Crescent. The front entrance of 11 & 12 Upper Crescent has three steps leading from the street to the entrance hall. We can provide a transportable ramp to aid wheelchair and pram access to the property. Due to the nature and age of the building, hallways and doorways are of varying width. Please contact enquiries@regencyhouse.co.uk if you would like more details on our wheelchair accessibility.

Located on the ground floor there is a one-bedroom suite with access to private courtyards. Service/Guide Dogs are welcome in the ground floor unit. We ask you to inform us before your arrival if you are bringing a service dog so that we can properly prepare your suite. Also accessed via the ground floor are a communal courtyard, The Parlour, WC, a secure parking area and a bicycle storage area.

All other suites can only be accessed via a communal staircase. Units on the first and second floors also have internal staircases.

On-street parking is available at the front of the property, subject to availability. All parking is at the guests’ own risk and expense.
