This access statement does not contain personal opinions as to our suitability for those with access needs but aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that we offer all our guests/visitors.
We welcome all guests at our property, including guests with an impairment which could include mobility, sight, hearing and learning disabilities, however, due to the nature and age of the building we regrettably may not be able to cater all individual’s specific needs.
We highly recommend that where you have specific access requirements you discuss these with us prior to completing your reservation. Please direct any accessibility questions to enquiries@theregencybelfast.com.
Access to The Regency is only available via the front entrance leading directly on to Upper Crescent. The front entrance has three steps leading from the street to the entrance hall. We are able to provide a transportable ramp to aid wheelchair and pram access to property. Due to the nature and age of the building, hallways and doorways are of varying width. Please contact enquiries@theregencybelfast.com if you would like more details on our wheelchair accessibility.
Located on the ground floor there is a one-bedroom residence with access to private courtyards. Service/Guide Dogs are welcomed in the ground floor units. We ask you inform us prior to your arrival if you are bringing a service dog so that we can properly prepare your residence. Also accessed via the ground floor are a communal courtyard, The Parlour, WC, secure parking area and bicycle storage area.
All other residences can only be accessed via a communal staircase. Units on the first and second floors also have internal staircases.
